FAQs
Please ensure that all people attending your booking arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before your party is due to commence. We are extremely busy on Saturdays and Sundays; therefore, any late arrivals may not be able to participate in the game session as we must keep to time to prevent delays for other customer’s parties and bookings. Please be aware refunds will not be given for late arrivals.

We will always email your booking confirmation to you, however there may be some instances where you may not receive your booking confirmation. This could be due to your email provider filtering/flagging the email as junk/spam, so please ensure you check your junk/spam folders first.
If your booking confirmation isn’t there, please send us a message using our contact form, so we can check we have the correct contact details (email address) for you and we will re- send your booking confirmation to you.
Because of the nature of the session, Paint Mayhem is not deemed suitable for Children under the age of 3. We also require players under the ages of 12 to be accompanied by an adult (over 18)
Each session lasts 1 hour! This does not include putting protective kit on!
Paint Mayhem is completely safe, all our paints are non-toxic! before you go in you are given overalls to put over your clothes, goggles, shoe covers and hair nets! This activity is a non-contact activity, meaning that, at no time, is there any physical contact. Our staff are fully trained and will give clear, detailed and easy to understand session briefing and safety rules before the session starts.
Any parents who are concerned about safety are welcome to assist in supervising the game in the session.
When you arrive, the person who made the booking will need to check-in at reception. Every participant on your booking must be at the venue at least 15 minutes before your sessioin is due to commence.
Once you have checked in, all participants must each sign a waver!
You will then be taken upsttairs where you will be briefed on the session and safety rules by a staff member. Once you have been briefed and are kitted up, its time to enter the studio and let the Paint Mayhem commence!
You are welcome to leave your valuables in the Kit room during your session. For security, there will be no unauthorised access into this room by anyone other than our staff and other players in your game session. We do have lockers in reception that you can use, to use it, you will need a pound coin however you will get that pound back when you have finished.
Paint Mayhem does not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen items, so your valuables are left at your own risk.
Unfortunately you cannot reserve tables. For Birthday party bookings, we do provide seating in our Party Zone as part of the package.
Is there a viewing area?
There is no viewing area due to safety and numbers. Parents and guardians are welcome to wait in the break area downstairs. Marshalls are in every session supervising.

A waiver to participate in Paint mayhem is required, you must agree to our Safety Rules and Rules Of Engagement before participating – please click here to read them.
We are based on the ground floor with easy access. There is acouncil disabled parking bay directly infront of the building.
We advise you to wear old clothes that don’t mind getting a bit messy! Although you are kitted up in protective clothing, paint may still get underneath.
Please note, that we do not allow customers to participate bare footed, wearing heeled shoes or wearing open-toe footwear, such as flip-flops, sliders or similar. If you arrive in unsuitable footwear, we will not allow you to participate for your own safety, but we will honour your booking and allow you to return at a later date to have your session.

On street parking is available but limited or the nearest main car park is the sovereign
centre.
Buses
7, 3, X1, X5, 50 all stop at the interchange at Tesco’s in the town centre and we are a short walk from there.
Trains
The Weston-super-Mare stop. And again a short walk from the station.
We have a serving counter in the break area for players with food and drinks. Birthday parties are offered packages.
Unfortunately we do not allow you to consume your own food and drinks on site, we have a serving counter which sells food and drink in the seating area, guests are welcome to eat there before or after games. Food from other venues must be consumed before entry.
In the circumstance of any food allergies or intolerances, we advise that you bring suitable food for those guests please. We will keep their food separate from any other food preparation and will serve their food separately to prevent any possible cross- contamination.
Our kitchen area handles products containing Milk, Wheat, Soya, Sesame Seeds and other common allergens. Whilst we take steps to minimise the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with serious allergies.
If you would prefer to keep food that you bring for guests with food allergies or intolerances separate, please keep it with you.
Please also note, that if you do wish for us to serve the food you bring with you to guests with food allergies or intolerances and there is any subsequent adverse reaction due to unavoidable cross-contamination in our kitchen, Paint Mayhem cannot be held liable or responsible for this.

All you need to bring is a cake, candles and matches or a lighter – we take care of the rest! Please don’t bring ice cream cakes, as we cannot guarantee we will have space to store them in our freezers.
We understand that sometimes things pop up that affect your booking slots. Unfortunately we don’t not offer a refund facility, however we do offer to rearrange your booking to an alternative time or day. Please contact us to arrange this.
